Sonicas, ES
SONICAS is a non lucratif association and transnational network that has worked since 2004 in the promotion, dissemination and development of the equality in multidisciplinary arts, in the local frame with global impact.
Our main objectives are:
- Integration of gender perspective in the Art Industry, specially in the artistic creation and sound art
- Access and development of didactic materials on Music, Feminism, Arts and Equality
- Developement of a SONICAS Network of artists
- Visibilization of the cultural contributions of women in the field of creation.
- Intergenerational exchange of experiences.
- Awareness in society about Feminism and Music&Art.
- Promotion of an active participation of women artists and creators in different projects.
- Identification, Selection and Promotion of innovative initiatives at the local, state and European level.
